Rough-in to finish. Tying in fixtures, valves, supply lines. I work clean alongside your tile guy or general.

Gas line work
Reroutes, new runs, appliance hookups. Gas-certified — pulled permits, passed inspections, since 1999.

Leak repair & repipes
Slab leaks, supply lines, copper to PEX. PEX and polyethylene certified. Photo me what you're seeing — usually I can scope it from there.

Property management & HOA
Recurring buildings, multi-unit work, fast turn between tenants. One number, one operator, every job, every invoice.

For more than 24 years, Mark Van Rickley has been the person customers call when they want the job handled directly, clearly, and without being passed around.
He started All Pipe Plumbing in 1999 in Lakeside and has built the business around a simple way of working: the person who quotes the job is the same person doing the work. From Chula Vista through central San Diego, Encinitas, and east into Alpine, much of Mark’s work still comes from repeat clients and referrals.
Property managers appreciate having one point of contact from start to finish. Homeowners appreciate getting a straight answer about what needs to be fixed, what can wait, and when a larger repair is actually worth considering.
